Duties include but not limited to:
• Provide a wide range of beauty treatments to clients, including facials, massages, body treatments, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other specialized services.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products to enhance their beauty and well-being.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
• Supervise and train junior beauty therapists, ensuring they adhere to high-quality standards and follow established protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
