In this challenging and varied task, you will be responsible for developing the optimal technical /

commercial solution for our customers. Within the Retrofit proposal Team, you will be contributing.

to generate unique & attractive proposal which Customer will perceive as an high value for the

project requirement.

• Your internal stakeholders will be Retrofit Specialist, Engineering, Operation, Legal and Commercial.
• On the Market you will be dealing with End Users, Engineering Consultants, EPC, OEMs Partners.
• Your business will never get to a routine, among the tasks you will developing you will have:

Specific tasks and responsibilities

• Review of Customer requirements from a feasibility stage to a firm requirement
• Discussing with Internal stakeholders on the best solution available and proposal strategy
• Engaging with equipment OEMs to identify the technical solutions they can offer to contribute to our office strategy.
• Review the design solution proposed from Engineering and align them with proposal strategy.
• Coordinate proposal tasks with internal Stakeholders assuring the committed proposal delivery time.
• Prepare Proposal with strong technical content to raise Customer interest.
• Reviewing and addressing Customer technical queries to drive proposal to success.
• Running a project’s cost critical review and challenge the Functions provided them.
• Ensuring a complete and successful order handover to the project management.
• Regular maintenance of our CRM systems and the data contained therein.
• Support for offer tracking.
• Support in the preparation of the report.

Qualifications/Experience and Knowledge Required

• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, process engineering and industrial engineering.
• Relevant experiences on revamp projects with pump or rotating equipment upgrading.
• Sound knowledge of pumps and related accessories or similar machines is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge on computer & software skills (MS Office, SAP R/3).
• Valid Driver’s license.
