Job Description
The main purpose of this position is to play the crucial role of implementing and maintaining the Salesforce environment. You would streamline and enhance the sales and customer relationship management process.
Job requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must be in possession of:
- Strong background in Salesforce development and customization
- Deep understanding of business processes
- Passion for solving complex problems
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent (NQF7) in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Integration methods and best practices
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and simultaneously
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
