Job Description

Are you a strategic and reliable plant engineer with experience in Leading maintenance teams at a factory? Then you may be suited for this role.

Role and Responsibility

  • Maintain and efficient and safe working environment for all employees.
  • Ensure good safety performance.
  • Ensure all legal appointment  are in place.
  • Perform regular audit on all safety control programs.
  • Plan capital and control budget and expenditure.
  • Monitor plant and machinery performance against targets.
  • Optimise water and energy consumption.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain mechanical integrity of all plant programs.
  • Co-ordinating projects, repair and maintenance.

Qualifications/Skills/ Experience/ Abilities 

  • BTech (Electrical/Mechanical )
  • GCC Factories
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
  • Computer Literacy (MA Office Suite)
  • Experience in CMMS systems
  • Have a good knowledge   of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality systems and legislation
  • Good knowledge of maintenance principles and practices
  •  Good knowledge and skill in the electrical and instrumentation field
  • Ability to perform basic programming and fault finding and on PLC and SCADA systems
  • Good understanding and experience in electrical control and distribution systems
  • Proven record of previous Supervisory management positions in an industrial environment
