Job Description

Job Experience & Skills Required:

  • Relevant Qualification (A+, N+, Microsoft Certification, and/or similar), or 10+ years’ experience
  • Minimum 3 years corporate client facing experience
  • First through last line support (90% PC, 10% Mac, Hybrid Environments)
  • Full Suite of Microsoft 365 Products
  • MS Exchange
  • Management and monitoring consoles for software such as, anti-virus solutions and hardware such as, VoIP systems
  • Remote desktop support
  • To work from verbal and written instructions
  • To manage time and deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a team as well as work independently
  • Own laptop and vehicle
