Job Description

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for

  • The efficient co-ordinations of installations across the business

Duties

  • Responsible for all project coordination and installations.
  • Track installations to ensure that work is completed according to projected timelines.
  • Timeous preparation of all installation documentation.
  • Assist with preparation and information required for site surveys.
  • Booking out and returning of stock as required.
  • Dispatching of technicians.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and channel partners.
  • Assist with customer service-related queries.
  • Logging calls for technicians.
  • Work closely with Technical/Procurement/Finance/ Sales departments.
  • General administration.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

 

Education and Work Experience

  • Matric Certificate
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role
  • Has worked on BPO [advantageous]

 

Skill Set

  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills [both verbal and written].
  • Proactive, organised and able to multitask.
  • Organized with good time management skills.
  • High standard of accuracy and proficiency.
  • Telephone and email etiquette.
  • Timeous handing of administrative duties and completion of work.
  • Must be able to handle stress within a highly pressurized environment.
  • Must be able to work occasional overtime.
  • Contributes positively to team and company values, culture, and customer experience.
