Job Description
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- The efficient co-ordinations of installations across the business
Duties
- Responsible for all project coordination and installations.
- Track installations to ensure that work is completed according to projected timelines.
- Timeous preparation of all installation documentation.
- Assist with preparation and information required for site surveys.
- Booking out and returning of stock as required.
- Dispatching of technicians.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and channel partners.
- Assist with customer service-related queries.
- Logging calls for technicians.
- Work closely with Technical/Procurement/Finance/ Sales departments.
- General administration.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
Education and Work Experience
- Matric Certificate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Has worked on BPO [advantageous]
Skill Set
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills [both verbal and written].
- Proactive, organised and able to multitask.
- Organized with good time management skills.
- High standard of accuracy and proficiency.
- Telephone and email etiquette.
- Timeous handing of administrative duties and completion of work.
- Must be able to handle stress within a highly pressurized environment.
- Must be able to work occasional overtime.
- Contributes positively to team and company values, culture, and customer experience.
