Job Description
Job purpose:
Build strong relationships with internal clients to gain a better understanding of the companies HR needs and requirements. Manage the Human Resources and IR functions for the relevant business units.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Customer Relationship Management
 - Build and maintain relationships with Line Managers
 - Provide support and assistance to employees.
 
Recruitment
- Liaise with Line Manager regarding recruitment requirements.
 - Employee on-boarding and induction
 
Industrial Relations
- Give full HR support and tools to Line Managers in order to manage staff relations effectively.
 - Represent the company at CCMA.
 
Performance Management
- Provide support to Line Managers regarding the performance principles and implementation of the policy.
 
Reporting
- Provide Line Managers with necessary reports.
 - Statutory Reporting
 
Administration.
- Perform all the HR related administrative tasks.

Experience and Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
 - Strong IR Experience.
 - 3 – 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner.
 - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
 - Knowledge of VIP.
 - HR Experience in a Call Centre environment advantageous.
