Job Description
To be responsible for the management, maintenance and co-ordination of all major aspects associated with technology within the hospital.
Detailed description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:
- Procurement of medical equipment.
- Compiling and maintenance of asset register.
- Management of budgets.
- Perform acceptance testing and evaluation.
- Conduct staff training.
- Maintain high professional standards.
- Support National strategic initiatives and contribute to growth.
Job requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must be in possession of:
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Diploma in Clinical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering(light current or higher)
- Minimum of 6 years relevant Clinical Engineering experience in a hospital environment.
- Fully bilingual with good communication skills
- Preference will be given to EE Candidates
