Job Description

Purpose of the Role

This role is based in the research department, and it will be responsible for providing the research, models, and information which the portfolio managers will need to make informed decisions

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Model property companies
  • Report back to clients on performance / sector trends etc
  • Generate investment ideas
  • Month-end client performance updates
  • Proxy voting
  • Identify and present on sector theme
  • Engage with sell-side analyst
  • Engage with industry experts
  • Attend company interim/results presentation
  • Engage regularly with management teams

Minimum Requirements:

  • Honours in Financial Management, Accounting or Finance related (Honours degree), with excellent academic records.
  • CFA level 1 would be advantageous.
