Job Description

Purpose of the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relationship Manager for this exceptional opportunity.
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and professional demeanour, demonstrating a commitment to
exceeding expectations and fostering enduring client relationships. This role requires a strong ability to address
and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services. Our selection

Key Responsibilities
ï‚· Market the company products and establish a strong brand and product presence in your allocated area
ï‚· Create and manage a sales pipeline in combination with calling programme
ï‚· Build relationships with existing and new customers
ï‚· Reaching individual sales targets
Requirements
ï‚· Matric, relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage
 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales
ï‚· Proven sales track record
ï‚· Good working knowledge of MS Office
ï‚· Good command of English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
 Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
ï‚· Excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing and negotiations skills
ï‚· Self-motivator
ï‚· A customer-oriented attitude
ï‚· Persuasiveness and selling ability
ï‚· Strong achievement orientation
ï‚· Self-discipline
