Job Description

The Organisation is currently looking for a part qualified actuary. This position will involve the successful candidate being part of a small actuarial development team and being involved in items such as:

  • Product pricing
  • IFRS17 implementation
  • New product models
  • Claims investigations
  • Valuation data migration
  • Ad-hoc actuarial input
  • Other ad-hoc projects.

In addition to traditional insurance work, the successful candidate will also be involved with the newly launched program by the Organisation, as well as other new initiatives currently being planned in the non-insurance space. This position would be ideal for a candidate with the following:

  • 2-4 years’ experience
  • Actuarial software such as Basys, Prophet, etc
  • SQL
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • A competitive market-related salary is on offer
